# Terms of Use for Peptide Glow Up

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Peptide Glow Up ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

## 2. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
- Use the App in a way that violates any law or these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
- Use the App to transmit malware, harass others, or engage in any harmful activity

## 3. Subscriptions and Payments
If the App offers subscriptions:
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed by the Apple App Store.
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
We do not have access to your payment details. All transactions are processed by Apple.

## 4. Your Content
The App may allow you to create, store, or sync content (notes, entries, settings, etc.) ("Your Content"). You retain all rights to Your Content. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you.
You are responsible for Your Content. Do not upload anything illegal, infringing, or that you do not have rights to.

If the App has accounts:
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must notify us promptly at steven@astrum.software if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

The App is not a substitute for professional advice. If the App provides information related to health, finance, legal matters, or similar topics, that information is for general purposes only. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that:
- These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your use of it.
